I really pride myself on being the MOST knowledgable, resourceful and connected person when it comes to everything local - from insider information on properties that have sold or might be coming to market soon, to specific neighborhood statistics and of course both community and industry-related news...and if I don't know the answer I'll work to find it for you.

A little more about me...
Colorado native, Lora Martinez, dreamt about working in the real estate market for as long as she can remember. She was born in Grand Junction, raised in Louisville, and after several years of working and living internationally, now raises her family in Broomfield. As a tween, Lora would design houses and still has the notebooks full of hand-drawn houses. Lora and her family bought their first Denver home in Congress Park – a 1925 bungalow that needed a lot of updates. With some hard work and patience, they were able to turn it into exactly what they wanted – they even made a breakfast bar out of reclaimed wood from the house. As a top-selling agent at West + Main, Lora now focuses all of her passion for homes on her clients. She treats all of her clients as if they are her one and only – making sure each person is heard and develops a plan to achieve their goals. Lora knows the Denver market can be very competitive, but in her years of experience and support from a great team, she has developed unique offer-winning strategies that benefit both buyers and sellers. Lora truly believes there is a perfect home for everyone; her job is to be a matchmaker! Lora has sold houses all over the Denver metro area, Centennial to Windsor and Aurora to Evergreen, but she mainly specializes in Denver and the northern suburbs. When she's not working with her fabulous clients, Lora likes to spend time camping, swimming, running, going to movies and checking out new restaurants with her husband, two kids and her close extended family. Their sweet but graying dog and rambunctious kitten tag along for many of their Colorado + Wyoming adventures too!
